You can register online by visiting the Meeting Solutions' 20th NAM registration site. Advance registration closes at 3 pm on Friday, June 15.  No refunds after June 13.

SuperShuttle - Special Discount

SuperShuttle is a shared-ride discounted transportation alternative servicing both George Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby airports. There are SuperShuttle ticketing counters at each terminal in both airports. When a passenger arrives at the airport, they need to collect their luggage and follow signs to Ground Transportation where they will see a SuperShuttle ticketing counter and a Guest Service Representative will then check them in and arrange for their shuttle. From the hotel to the airport they will need a reservation as the vans will pick them up based on their flight time. Reservations can be made at www.SuperShuttle.com or by calling 1-800 Blue Van.

There is a special group rate for 20 NAM conference attendees. The regular rates to/from the Hilton Americas are $23 one-way per person for IAH and $18 one-way per person from Hobby but there is a $2 discount ($21 for IAH, $16 for Hobby) if reservations are made on-line. To get this discount, go to www.SuperShuttle.com, click "On-line Reservations" and enter V7TDG when asked for the Group Discount Code.

Information about the metro bus service:

Those arriving at George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) airport, can rent a car, get a taxi/shuttle or take the local Metro express bus. There is a Metro bus that goes from just outside Terminal C of the IAH airport to the Metro Downtown Houston Transit Center. Some students might like the savings. It costs $1.50 each way and will drop them off at the downtown bus terminal. They could take a cab or make a bus connection from there to the hotel. It would be the lowest cost option.


Also, there is a direct Metro bus (non stop) from the Metro Downtown Transit Center to Space Center Houston (NASA). The bus is also direct from NASA back to the Downtown Transit Center. It takes about 45-60 minutes each way. The bus number is 246. This is the cheapest way to get to the Space Center and allows for some flexibility of travel times.

Spouse Program information:
Spouses/Guests Events: Two events are being offered for spouses/guests accompanying 20th NAM participants. (Space is limited to one busload for each event, so sign up early at the registration desk.)

Tuesday (June 19th):
"Shopping Tour to the 400+ Retail Outlets of The Houston Galleria"
Chartered bus departs from the Hilton-Americas at 10:00 a.m., return departs from the Galleria at 3:00 p.m. No cost for transportation, lunch is at attendee's own expense.

Wednesday (June 20th):
"Space Center Houston"

Tour the Johnson Space Center, beginning with the Visitor Center attractions, then board a tram to the Space Park and Operations Center.
Chartered bus departs from the Hilton-Americas at 9:30 a.m., return departs from the Space Center at 3:30 p.m. No cost for transportation & admission, lunch is at attendee's own expense.

Attendees Requiring U.S. Visa

We strongly encourage all attendees who may require a visa to enter the U.S. to apply for one as soon as possible. Those attendees who need a letter of invitation can download one at this link.

Tables will be available near the registration table for flyers for upcoming conferences, handout material, etc.
